What most remember as a playful reggae banger in 2000 now comes across as the instruction manual for gaslighting.

Of course, the climax of each episode is the Punched-Up Jam at the end.

Dang, is it inspiring.
The crux of Bells whole philosophy is happiness over suffering.
They explore her high self-esteem and talk about boobs.

Its clear they disagree on almost everything, and thats almost refreshing.
As Bell says, A lot of good change comes from people having hope.
She hits on some pretty heavy topics, but all the while proves herself to be extremely funny.
