When Moore and Kreizler show up at the opera, hes staring daggers at them from across the theater.

But Kreizler has a plan.

Marcus, a little cowed, apologizes.

Its a weird interlude insomuch as the entire story line has felt half-baked, but hey.

Easy as you kindly, everyones favorite blowhard shoots Beecham in the back.

He threatens to kill Kreizler and pass it off as Beechams work.

This time, its Howard whos got the gun.

With the case closed, the dream team goes out to dinner.

Obviously, we cut to Moore walking Howard home.

(Also, where is Joseph?

Did Moore adopt him?

Is he back on the streets?

I need to know!)

Kreizlers final reckoning is a little more fraught.

In other words, his studies have just begun.

Its a pretty neat conclusion to an extremely twisty series, if perhaps a littletooneat.

Either way, its been plenty fun getting from point A to point B.
