In an ideal world, a lot moreTV rebootswould be for shows likeThe L.A. Complex.
A show with that logline couldve beenterrible.
Complexwas fun, fascinating, and didnt get the traction it deserved.
In my preferred vision of a newL.A.
Still, I wish more reboots happened for shows thatneeda do-over.
(And yes, there are concepts for which I will always be Charlie Brown with the football.
If you reviveSmash, I will watch it.)
Thats not to say that a revival cannotcreate similar distance.
But at least so far, they often dont.
(Or if they do, they make you wish they never existed, like the revivedArrested Development.)
I doubt it, though.
Its agreatidea to bring backTheL.A.
Complex, but why not others too?
I know, its a long shot.
But that show had more to give!
For now, at leastThe L.A. Complexmay finally get its due.
