Dex tries to re-center himself in other ways, too.
Unfortunately for her, it seems like someone is watching them over the cafes security camera.
We dont know who, but we can guess.
Did you guess Fisk?
You know who else is guessing Fisk?
(Its remarkable how much of a direct follow up to season one this season is.
The problem, as Foggy says, is that there is no evidence.
So all three of our heroes have a plan.
Lets see how they play out.
At Dexs apartment, Daredevil and Nadeem then search for evidence.
What he does find is the tape player, which he takes.
Nadeem is so far unconvinced.
He loves details.)
Daredevil, however, wants to take Dex down now, while he isnt suspecting it.
They escape, but not before Nadeem takes a bulletlucky for him, Dex didnt see who he tagged.
Despite the crowds initial hostility, Foggy is holding his ground and their attention, as smartphones come out.
Then he comes around to Karens empty seat, and figures out where she might be.
He swears, and immediately leaves.
For good reason, too: Karens got some spectacularly bad ideas.
Shes horrified by the luxury that Fisk is living in.
Fisk, sitting down to talk, attempts to intimidate her, but shes not here to mess around.
Her stunned reaction gives her away, and now Fisk knows for sure: Matt Murdock is Daredevil.
Too late, though.
Karens a target now.
Also a target: Nadeem.
Dex knows his former superior is on to him, but hes still spiraling.
Breaking down in Fisks arms, the transfer of power is complete.
Wilson Fisk is Ben Poindexters compass now, and he will go in whatever direction he wishes.
She leaves him to pray upstairs, while Matt hits the heavy bag.
So he hears her when she calls him her son, and falls to his knees.
