Anthony Bourdaindied Friday morning, and celebrities in and out of the food world mourned his passing.
According to CNN, theParts Unknownhost, author, and former chef died by suicide in France.
One of my idols.
Unapologetic, passionate, and one of the best storytellers on the planet.
Thank you for making food so exciting.
And always standing up for everything right.
This is how Ill remember Tony.
He taught us about food but more importantly, about its ability to bring us together.
To make us a little less afraid of the unknown.

Stunned and saddened by the loss of Anthony Bourdain.

Never met him but I always liked the way Anthony Bourdain seemed to conduct his life.
By all reports he was a good man.
I sense we all need to take a collective deep breath.
