Banksy’s “Girl with Balloon” has been reborn, recertified, and renamed as a new work, “Love Is in the Bin,” according to Sotheby’s, and the winning bidder is keeping the work, which will be on view at Sotheby’s Bond Street Galleries on October 13-14.
